Return/Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges 

Collier Leeds is dedicated to creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase date. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, along with a completed return form. Exchanges are only accepted for a new size of the same item.  

Custom orders are not eligible for refunds.  Please review About > custom orders for more information.

To request return authorization, email collierleedsdog@gmail.com. Upon approval, your item(s) may be sent to our address below. We recommend that you ship with an insured courier such as UPS, Fedex, or USPS Priority Mail. Collier Leeds is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.

If your order has been shipped internationally, custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
